just wait and see

People have no idea how muscular im getting and big im going to get. All of my effort that i put into losing 100 pounds is all being transferred into lifting weights. It is just a matter of time until I will be muscularly huge.....its ALL IN TIME.

For people who ask how I lost so much weight, I say don't cheat. To achieve the best, you must be willing to make sacrifices. And if anyone tells you to have some food you know is not good, and they say "its only one day"; to hell with them! Stick to your guns and do not give up, the results are in the future.

260 pounds down to 178 pounds.........still not satisfied with my accomplishment. I still want to lose more and build muscle as well.

Tree

My cousin Jaime recently drew this tree and it is done very well. Since, I have lost nearly 80 pounds, I believe that this tree represents how I feel in trying to escape my old ways of being FAT. Losing more weight is a constant battle that I will continue to fight, until I am happy in the way that I look.
